New to amateur radio or looking for a refresher on the use of IRLP and EchoLink, the predominant VoIP technologies that have revolutionized amateur radio? This interactive tutorial, which is part of the VA3XPR “Over The Air Learning” series, will teach participants all about IRLP and EchoLink operation, whether using an HT, PC or smartphone and is intended to help amateur radio operators make the most of this great hobby.
