The VA3XPR repeater is able to be connected to other IRLP and EchoLink capable repeaters, enabling global communications with other licensed amateur radio operators. This feature is open for all licensed amateur radio operators to use at no charge.
To use either the IRLP or EchoLink connections, the user must clearly identify themselves first.
Information on how to use these features is outlined below:
